We actively encourage
whistleblowing if anyone suspects or believes there are signs of treatment or
practices which conflicts with this policy. We recommend that our employees openly raise any such issues with their
line manager, or the HR Team, at the earliest opportunity. Any such reports will be treated without fear

Any employee who
breaches this policy will face disciplinary action.
OCS Consulting plc may
terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on
our behalf if they breach UK Modern Slavery Act (2015).
